We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your experience at The Ridge at Thornton Station is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At The Ridge at Thornton Station, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Thornton! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. 

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

AMENITIES

Unreserved, uncovered parking is just $8.00 per month per vehicle. If you're looking for something more, we also offer detached garages with driveway space for $150 per month, subject to availability.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

We aim to approve all applications within 24-48 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

Our Renters Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the Renters Insurance policy at The Ridge at Thornton Station, please contact our leasing office!

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

The Ridge at Thornton Station will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!

At The Ridge at Thornton Station, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at The Ridge at Thornton Station, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to two times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than four times (gross market rent).

Applicant(s) must provide verification of income from their employer.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.
