Pet Policy

 Our community welcomes a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Residents must provide a copy of the pet’s veterinarian records, and a picture of the pet at time of move-in. A non-refundable pet fee will be required, in addition to the monthly pet rent. Pet fees are on a per pet basis.

The following constitutes a list of animals and/or breeds that shall not be permitted in any dwelling, unit or common area. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, Malamutes, Dobermans, ChowChows, St Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, German Shepherds, Wolf hybrids, Huskies or Cane Corsos. Any hybrid or mix breed of the aforementioned breeds is not allowed.
